01 · Scope

What this policy covers.

Which service does this policy cover?: This website, estiwright.com, and the demo-request form on it. Data you place inside the EstiWright product — tenders, requirements, pricing, approvals — is governed by the customer agreement and data processing agreement you sign with us, and is described in the trust centre.
Where is the service offered?: Exclusively in the European Union. EstiWright is offered to, marketed to and supported for organisations in EU member states. It is not offered in the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or Qatar, or anywhere else outside the EU. If you contact us from outside the EU we will reply, but we do not provide the service there.

02 · What we collect

Demo-request form: Your name, company, work email, optionally a phone number, and your message. Nothing else is collected by the form.
Technical details: Cloudflare, which hosts this site, processes your IP address transiently for security and rate-limiting. It is not stored by us. This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and loads no third-party analytics; fonts are self-hosted, so no request leaves for a font provider.

03 · How we use it

What happens to a demo request?: It is emailed to us by Resend, our transactional email provider, and answered by a person. We use it to arrange the demo and to understand who is asking. We do not sell, rent or trade it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it?: Cloudflare (hosting and the form endpoint) and Resend (email delivery). Each processes data under its own security and privacy terms. The product's own sub-processors are listed in the trust centre.
How long do you keep it?: As long as needed to respond to you and follow up on the request, and no longer. Tell us and we will delete it.

04 · Your rights

What can I ask for?: Access to what we hold about you, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and to object to processing. Write to [email protected] and we will act on it. You also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.
Children: This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes: We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the current version.
