European Union only.

Where is EstiWright offered?: EstiWright is offered exclusively for the European Union market. It is built, hosted and sold for organisations operating in EU member states. It is not offered, marketed or supported in the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or Qatar, and nothing on this website is an offer to supply it there or anywhere else outside the EU.
What if I access the site from elsewhere?: You may read it. If you access this site or request a demo from outside the EU you do so on your own initiative, and we make no representation that the service is appropriate or available for use in your jurisdiction.

02 · The site and its content

Who owns the content?: The content, code, design and the EstiWright name and marks on this site belong to EstiWright and are protected as proprietary work. You may view the site for your own informational use. You may not copy, scrape, republish or reuse its content without our written permission.
Are the demos real screens?: The demo gallery shows the product's screens redrawn as animations on fictional sample data. Every project, client, figure and person in them is invented. They illustrate how the product works; they are not a record of any real tender.
Are product descriptions an offer?: No. Descriptions, plans and capabilities are provided for information and may change. A demo request registers your interest — it does not create a contract. The service itself is supplied under a separate customer agreement.

03 · Acceptable use and disclaimers

Acceptable use: Do not use the site to break the law, infringe others' rights, submit false information or someone else's personal data through our form, or attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the site or its infrastructure.
No warranties: The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be error-free, secure or continuously available.
Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, EstiWright will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.
Changes: We may update the site and these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
